Environmental Surveys - Example Project

Client: Discovery Marine Ltd / Environment Waikato

photoProject: Waipa River Survey

Task: Environment Waikato contracted Discovery Marine to perform an extensive cross-section survey along much of the Waipa River (30km navigable length) at 2km intervals.
Control points were established and static GPS surveyed, and this was followed by a systematic survey along the river to determine cross-sections.  The data was collected using both ground survey & hydrographic survey methods.

Post-processing of this data was done using our 12d software & exported to Excel
