Other Notes:  We have been actively involved with submitting the subdivision documentation through to s.223 / 224c approval with the Western BOP District Council.

A substantial amount of background information has been submitted to give Council officers a good ‘lead-in’ so that a timely delivery of the certificates could be achieved.

Scope of Work:

• Digesting correspondence and discussions
• Develop levels on kerbs and site platforms
• Check engineering details
• Earthworks data

• Site Data Collection (including a check of manhole levels)

• Setting out Earthworks / Road / Right of Ways
• Dealing with boundary changes (WBOPDC)

Site:  Satara Coolstore, Katikati
Other Notes:  Following an extensive fire, Satara engaged us to investigate the subdivision potential of their site.  In addition to a full site survey, we analysed in detail the existing easements, took precise measurements on buildings etc. so a definitive scheme could be produced. This information was conveyed to potential purchasers of the site giving them greater certainty of the property’s potential
